Shipping

We know you’re excited to get your order (we’re a bit excited ourselves), so here’s what to expect while it makes its way to you:

Before your order ships

Orders usually dispatch within 5 – 8 business days after you place your order. This is the time it takes to process your package before it leaves us. Delivery time is additional.

Processing may take longer during busy periods (like in a seasonal rush), but we’ll keep you updated if your order is delayed.

Once it’s on the way

Delivery timing depends on your destination and the carrier:

U.S. orders: Delivery generally takes a few days after dispatch, depending on your location.
International orders: Please allow around 30 calendar days after dispatch. Customs clearance and local carrier delays can sometimes extend that timeframe.

Delivery times are estimates, rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Customs & import fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees set by the destination country. These charges are your responsibility and are separate from shipping charges paid at checkout.

We don’t control these fees or how long customs clearance takes.

Missing packages & delivery issues

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it:

Double-check the shipping address on your order.
Check around your delivery location and with anyone who may have accepted the package for you.
Contact the carrier shown in your tracking information and ask them to investigate the delivery.
If you still can’t locate it, contact us with your order number so we can help investigate and work through the next steps.
