We know you’re excited to get your order, so here’s what you need to know:

📦 Processing Time:

All items ship within 5-8 business days. If we’re in the middle of a seasonal rush, it might take a little longer—but trust us, it’ll be worth the wait.

🌍 Delivery Time:

  • U.S. Orders: Expect your package to arrive within a few days after shipping (exact timing depends on your location).
  • International Orders (Outside the U.S.): A 30-day delivery period is normal, depending on customs and local carriers.

🔍 Tracking:

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey to you.

💸 Customs & Import Fees:

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other import fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees (we wish we did).

📦 Missing Packages & Delivery Issues:

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, here’s what to do:

  • Double-check your shipping address to make sure it was entered correctly at checkout.
  • Contact your local post office (the one responsible for your deliveries) as soon as possible. They’ll have the most up-to-date info and can help recover your package.
