Choose With Intention

Each item is made just for you. That means we’re not able to offer returns or exchanges for changes of heart, wrong sizes, or “I thought it would look different” moments. So pleeeaase double-check your order before you check out.

But If We Messed Up…

If your item arrives damaged or there’s an error on our end, we’ll gladly make it right with a refund or a replacement – completely on us. Just send us a message within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll take care of it.

How to Get a Refund or Replacement

Shoot us an email (the same email you received confirmation from) with:

  • Your order number
  • A quick description of the issue
  • A photo of the item (if possible)

Why don’t you accept returns or facilitate exchanges?

Our pieces are made just for you, so once an item is shipped, it’s exclusively yours.

Because of the care that goes into every order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. This helps us keep things personal and ensures that when you open your package, you’re the first to ever touch it, see it, and wear it.

We hope you understand where we’re coming from – we’re all about intention, integrity, and making sure your piece is truly yours from the moment it leaves our hands.

Am I eligible for a refund or replacement?

Yep – if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you’re eligible. Just reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and send us an email with your order number and proof of purchase. We’ll take it from there.

What happens if I’m eligible for a refund or a replacement?

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within a few days (timing depends on your bank).
  • Replacements will be processed as soon as possible, and we’ll send over tracking details once your item is on the move.

Either way, we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way.

What should I do if I haven’t received my refund?

  • Start by double-checking your bank account – sometimes it just takes a minute (or two).
  • Then reach out to your card company or bank – they might be holding things up on their end.
  • If you’ve done all that and it’s still crickets, don’t stress. Reach out to us and we’ll help you get it sorted.

What items are eligible for a refund or replacement?

Only regular-priced items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described are eligible for refunds.

Final sale items can’t be refunded, and replacements are only available for items that show up with a defect or damage.

If something’s off, hit us up – we’ll make it right where it counts.
