Due to the custom nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for a change of mind. However, if there’s a defect or error on our part (these things can happen), we’ll gladly offer a refund or replacement at no extra cost.

We want it to be that when you open your package, you can rest assured that you’re the first individual to touch, lay eyes on, and marvel at your new apparel once it leaves our warehouse.

Am I eligible for a refund or replacement?
If your item is faulty or not as described, you can request a refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order. Send us an email with proof of purchase.
What happens if I’m eligible for a refund or a replacement?
If approved for a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within a few days (depending on your bank). For replacements, shipping times may vary, but we’ll provide tracking details when available.

What items are eligible for a refund or replacement?
Only regular-priced items with a defect or that arrived not as described are eligible for refunds. Final sale items cannot be refunded. Replacements are only available for defective or damaged items.
